Beechey Management Resources has grown our business to provide H.R. support for small to medium size company’s who do not have the capacity to have a full – time H.R. Manager on site. It is important for us to build a relationship with our clients and their teams that we support. We are available for one-time solutions or projects, or on a regular support basis as required.

We work as an extension of your team, supporting your HR needs and only charging an hourly rate for services. As a partner in your HR and Recruitment efforts, there are no lump sum fees when we partner with you. Whether updating policies or writing new policies, creating onboarding programs or drafting job descriptions, hours are recorded and paid monthly. This applies to at home or in office support.
