I work as an extension of your team, not as a traditional 3rd party contingency firm. I will assist in reviewing resumes that you may receive through your own advertising or referral network to ensure consistency and a thorough evaluation of the current market.

This evaluation of candidates includes resume screening, telephone screening and a complete review of each candidate’s background and suitability for your firm with a face to face meeting. We not only evaluate for skills set based on each role, but candidates will be evaluated for fit with your organization’s culture and approach to business.
A complete profile for each candidate moving forward will be completed and sent along with their resume. We will coordinate and schedule any subsequent interviews, if required. I will complete references for each candidate we consider moving forward with.
We can work with you on a traditional contingency basis, or we can work as a partner and extension of your team on a Consultant or in house basis.

Work with you in planning for future growth by developing Organizational structure, role definition and re-structuring. This would be accomplished through scheduled planning meetings, evaluation of teams and roles on an ongoing basis. Training needs assessment and identifying cross training opportunities.
Develop, apply, and evaluate all policies and procedures that comply with Ontario, Federal & other mandated Legislations. We conduct an initial evaluation of all existing policies and procedures and add to or develop others in the form of a policy manual. These policies would be reviewed and updated on an annual basis. Any mid-year changes to the policies and procedures that are identified as necessary due to new regulation will be presented at the time the necessity is identified.
A full review of your current Recruitment & Hiring processes will assist in developing and fine tuning your approach to attracting and retaining employees. I partner with your team in further evaluation guidelines in sourcing candidates, identifying culture & team fit, and organizing a strategy to source top talent.
We can take on recruitment projects from the beginning, or assist in evaluating your candidates throughout the process to support your Management team. Our goal is to work with you and provide you with the necessary assistance in identifying top talent for your needs. We can assist with background checks and references as required.
This engagement would begin with an evaluation of the process(es) currently in place for on-boarding new employees. We would then establish a standard process for on-boarding all new employees across the organization from the day they accept the position to their 90-day evaluation. We would also be available to provide ongoing support and consultation for this process.
Through this engagement we will assist your firm in the creation of training and development programs and/or timelines, that meets the needs of the staff and the management team while also meeting the objectives of the organization.
The initial engagement will begin with the creation of an Employee Annual Planning (EAP) Process that fits the objective of the organization. We would first analyze the culture of the organization and establish if an Employee Annual Planning structure that would be appropriate and determine the employee motivation that would be used in driving the incentive. When the program is approved, we will provide training for the Management Team explaining the new program and any new forms they will need to use.
On an annual basis, we will provide reminders to the management team about deadlines, be available to answer questions about the process and review completed forms before they are presented to the employee.
We would provide coaching for the management team in clarification and application of organizational policies. We would also assist in addressing any potential issues that arise and provide coaching support for managers with regards to employee relations. This support would be provided in person at first, and once relationships are developed and understanding of culture and atmosphere are established, this support would be supplied mainly through email and phone communications.
Also, will be available for mediation and management of issues as they escalate beyond Management involvement.
