QUALITY MANAGER – St. Catharines

Quality Manager

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will have responsibility for the Leadership & Management of the daily quality control and assurance functions as well as the lab personnel.

Providing ongoing Technical Assistance to the production group ensuring that the quality of production meets all standards on a daily basis. This role will be highly involved with process trials, studying effects of process changes on the quality of the products being manufactured.

Working closely with a variety of departments, writing Certification of Analysis, and Certification of Compliance as required. Managing the Quality Management Systems, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

This role requires someone with “heavy Industrial” manufacturing experience, with Lean/Six Sigma training. Extensive knowledge of ISO, Quality (9001)Environment (14001)and familiar with H&S is an asset.


Safety & Environmental Coordinator

The Safety and Environmental Coordinator will be responsible for managing both the Company’s safety department as well as oversight of the Environmental Management Systems. This role will promote best practices in OHS and ensure legislative compliance to help manage the Safety Program. Looking for someone with knowledge of Environmental 14001 legislation.

We require someone with at least 5 years of Health & Safety, including Environmental. Ideal candidate will have post secondary education in OHS or a related discipline along with JHSC Level II certification.

Reporting to the CEO, this senior level role with have responsibility for all Finances and Corporate Affairs across several Operations in North and South America.

Working as a Business Partner to the CEO, this role will have accountability for all financial transactions, including investments, profit & loss, budgeting & reporting as well as legal, insurance and tax optimization.

Your mandate will be to maximize profitability, manage cash flow, and communicate to the parent company.

You will oversee a team of 3 Finance Manager’s, with accountability for finance, payroll, and administration.

You will operate as a true business partner identifying and resolving problems. You have strong analytical skills, and strong management / team building skills.
